The Lakeview congregation is a group of Christians who voluntarily join themselves together under the oversight of elders to worship, work, and serve God according to scriptural authority directed by the Bible, God's holy, infallible word. It is our purpose to be as effective as we can in converting the world to become obedient servants of Christ, helping to save as many souls in eternity as possible. It is our desire, to the best of our abilities, to maintain a Christ-like example in our relationships with our brethren and with the community. We want to continue to focus strongly on encouraging the various members making up the congregation in their service to the Lord. It is our desire to worship God in the most fervent, effectual manner possible. |
